When approaching your bullpens this winter, have a plan in place before you start. Ask yourself "what do I want to accomplish in this bullpen?" A successful starts with a quality warm-up. Play catch with a purpose! (always having a specific target and focusing on your release point). All bullpens should start with commanding our 4-seam fast ball FIRST! If you can locate down and away and repeat 8 of 10 times you can move on to other pitches. Get it done...
