Are you in Baseball Shape?

Many ask me what they should do for cardio as a Pitcher. Many believe they are conditioning properly by running poles, or long distant runs. Baseball is an explosive sport requiring short bursts!  Here is a 5 day plan that will bring you quick results!
Monday: 300 yard Shuttles X 60, 50, 25 yards
Tuesday: 6 Double Gassers X 50, 40, 30 yards
Wednesday: Day off
Thursday. 8 Gassers X 50, 40, 30 yards
Friday: 6 Sprints X  60 yards
Saturday: 10 Sprints X 30 yards
