Continuing with the Off-Season theme. I believe each pitcher should have a plan of how to improve this winter. The cliche has been used many times "plan the work and then work the plan". Its true and must be put into action. Plan out your week to create short term goals to accomplish your dreams going into next spring. Get it done!
