Enough Vs Not Enough...

The art of playing catch has virtually been lost in youth baseball. I am a firm believer of injuries happening to baseball players arms because of not enough throwing Vs Too much throwing.
Pitchers aren't throwing enough to build arm strength to endure game reps...
Answer: make playing catch a part of your daily routine.
*Mechanics of Throwing a baseball + reps + Long Toss = Success
