Follow through...

You should be off to a great start this New Year but if you aren’t, then take this opportunity to hit the restart button again!  You can always hit the restart button “mentally”! Now, let’s take a minute to talk about “Follow Through”
If we were talking about pitching mechanics then we would be talking about finishing your pitch!  Today, we are talking about goals, plans, and accomplishments. Following through means to “continue ones movement”. Set your goals you so you can consistently “follow through” with yourself.  Don’t stop until you have accomplished everything you want to accomplish that day. Plan your day the night before so that you can walk it out the following day. Having a plan to accomplish your goals daily will keep youon path to where you want to go. Here is a daily routine that may help...

Warm up with agilities. (Get a sweat going before anything else)
Band work routine
Weighted ball program for arm action
Play catch (what day are you on & how does your arm feel)
Sprints or gassers for cardio

Video your bullpens and log what you do each day so you can repeat it and Follow Through!
