Every successful pitcher will tell you that at one time or another they have had to hit the restart button. Starting fresh, means blotting the past out and moving forward with a great expectation of success. Our expectation brings forth the manifestation! Trust in the work you are putting in during the off-season. Believe in the path that you are walking to achieve your goals! Leave 2018 behind you and live one day at a time this 2019 season! Remember to control what you can control, not letting distractions knock you off course!
One last tip... Write your goals down and keep them in front of you!
