Repeat, Repeat, Repeat...

Repeating your delivery as a pitcher is paramount! This means your rhythm and tempo (speed of your delivery) and timing are the same each and every pitch. This allows us pitchers to have a consistent release point and quickly make adjustments in our mechanics. If a pitcher rushes thru his delivery, it makes it tough to make in game adjustments when needed. This doesn't mean we have to go slow! We just have to maintain some type of balance and be able to repeat the delivery we choose...

Good Luck!
