There is a level of importance each and every baseball player needs to put on rest during the winter - off-season! We at SBA believe the amount of rest time should be considered with the amount of play individually through out the year. If you took the fall baseball season off to play football then its time to get going!! Dont catch yourself looking back at what you could have done! Get aggressive with the opportunities you have today to be great this coming spring!!
